How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs may differ based on the destination of your order:

• Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong SAR & Malaysia: Flat rate of $5 USD for any order (3-5 shipping days)

• Other countries and regions: flat rate of $10 USD for any order. (7-10 shipping days)

• Free Shipping on any orders $150+

When will I know if my order is shipped after placing an order?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with information to track your order.

What are your return and exchange policies?

We value your experience with us and we understand things happen. If you change your mind about your order, simply send a request to contact@thetenera.com prior to delivery. Remember to include your order number in the email subject so our team can help you as soon as possible.

Sale and personalized orders are final and not eligible for return.
